Nope, she wasn't there for the Reagan photo and was feeding Reagan when Cooper decided to climb in. He was talking about a "ball pit" when he decided to climb in. I think he might have been playing in the ball pit at school. Since it was raining today, they would have played inside instead of out in the playground.
