The learning continues!

Cooper can now consistently turn on and unlock the iPad/iPhone. He will be programming by age 2!

Cooper's first word!

Whenever he wants something Cooper points at the object and says "this" (well, really "dis"). Chris and I thought about it and decided that means we are probably bad parents. . . The books all tell you to always use an objects name so your baby can learn, I am pretty sure we just always hold things up and say "do you want 'this'". Oh well! As Chris says, pronouns are actually very useful words to start with. ;)

Hunger strike!

Cooper has eaten very little solid food since last Friday. However, that doesn't mean he doesn't live mealtime!

Sightseeing in Tunis

These are more photos from the good camera that I hadn't added yet.

On the train
Pointing, one of his most favorite things to do!
Playing in the water outside the Medina with Lou
Hanging out outside the Oceanographic Museum

Perhaps the last of the festive costume photos =)

Found these on the big camera, forgot to post them earlier!

Problem solving!

Cooper doesn't seem to like to hold cheese. (Maybe because it is sticky?? Who knows!)

Also, Lou is trying very hard to get him to start feeding himself. He is perfectly content to sit back and be fed... Today, she refused to put the cheese in to his mouth, she placed it on the plate in front of him and waited.

See below for Cooper's creative problem solving techniques. :)

Why does something always seem better when someone else has it?

Al and Nia and their twins came over today (the twins are about 6 weeks older than Cooper). No fights broke out but their was a bit of pushing and this dog pile. :)

Really???

Curious George has no bounds. (Yes, that is a trash can...)
